A hearty and filling soup packed with flavor. If you love tacos you’re going to love this soup!

Yeild: 6 servings

2 cups boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
2 cups Prepared Italian Gravy (sauce) or 1- 6 Oz. Can Tomato Paste
1/2 cup Salsa (I prefer to use, “Tostitos chunky, mild”)
2 cups Beef Broth, Low Sodium (my favorite store bought broth is “College Inn”)
2 cups Chicken Broth, Low Sodium
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup carrots, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots (“Bird’s Eye” Tastes the Freshest) (“Bird’s Eye” tastes the freshest)
1/2 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup green pepper, washed, seeded and chopped
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
